No NBN Internet on TP-Link modem

Hi, cannot reach anyone on online support for this. The whole communication is broken down.

I just moved to my new house, signed up for NBN (FTTP), received my modem (TP-Link AC1200) and also email confirmed that service is Active and Installation is completed.

I plugged in the modem, let it ran overnight but the Internet logo still shows orange LED instead of green LED. Can connect to the wifi network through my phone with the password on TP-link device but there is no internet connection.

How do I verify and  if my internet account is actually activated and installed?

Hi

I have checked the service is active and NBN have no NBN outages in the area presently.

Try using the UNI-D2 port (2nd from the left yellow port on the NBN FTTP (white wall box)  )
