Hope you are well,

I have had a look at your account and i can see you have an appointment scheduled with an NBN technician for Thursday, 14 May 2020, between 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. 

This NBN contractor will bring with them any further nessasary devices required for your new NBN FTTC connection setup.
