Hi there, I’ve received the modems on 27 April and payment has been processed on 26 April so far nothing happened yet. Post a few messages on this platform and I have received some replies from Ken-C and Rajen that they would organise a technician onsite and I have been waiting for a phone call in the last 24 hours again nobody has called in. Just wonder how TPG is helping people out on this matter given that kids are studying at home and we are expecting NBN to give us some fast speed but it seems very slow!
