Has any one have a direct contact to some one in Australia who gives a SH*T about customer service.
I have been in contact with the call center overseas. Start with level 1 and the circus begins 20 phone calls and 12 days later, NBN tech evetully turns 5 days later, fluffs around works for 4 hrs wake up next morning no NBN again. Back on the phone again more Bull Sh*t we will shedule our tech to turn up when there is enough job in the area, what a load of crap if i ran my company this way I would not have one.
TPG the only peice of gear you have in my office is your **ty modem is it that hard to provide any thing that is not read of a scrip, non comital.
