I'm a new customer and have recently moved to a new place. The Black NBN box was taken by the previous tent and they seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. When I contacted you guys about getting a replacement I was told that I would recieve a phone call from a Technician to arrange for a new one. A week little over a week later and I still have not been contacted.
