No NBN connection

Hi,
The standard TPG issued modem has no DSL or internet connection. All devices can connect to the modem but there is no internet.
Can someone please check
If there is an issue in my area as my neighbours have also reported internet outage.

Can you please confirm the NBNCo  ARRIS Modem is turned on and has 4 solid green LEDs

It has the following lights on: power, 2.4G, 5G and WAN.
Note, DSL and internet Lights ARE NOT Lit on.

Hi,
The black box has power lit up but the downstream is flashing and no buttons for upstream or online.

Hi, @Vichditch 


Have you tried to fully power cycle the ARRIS modem ?
i.e. remove the power adapter cable, and leave it off for at  least  3 - 5 minutes. 

Is there also a possible weather condition affecting the area, high winds, storms etc,. 

P.S. there were no known or reported outages in your area earlier, when I checked.
