Get online support

No NBN internet and phone connection

In our area there's tech outage and no internet and landline phone for several days. It's impossible to call and get a ticket, long queue. Sent a message to helpdesk; techops; Customer Relations, only helpdesk responded asking to get a ticket. Are you kidding, guys? No internet, no phone. Please set up online IT service to get a ticket as it is practised in many offices. It would be easy for many. I Need to know when it will be finally fixed as I can't work from home? Thanks
