So I was promised that my NBN would be installed and the internet turned on at my new place yesterday when I moved in. I told the customer service person that it was business critical that I had internet service on Saturday. She couldn't guarantee me a time but she said it would be on yesterday for certain. Here we are 24 hours later im all hooked up with no internet...
