No NCD device

Hi TPG team,


I have received the modem, however, according to instructions I am required to have an NCD device to activate my service.

I recently moved into this address and  I applied this new connection before moving in and TPG has online check confirmed the availability of NBN. Though there is no NCD at premises, found out while trying to activate service.

How do I get this NCD? Is there a way to order?
