I have had the NBN for 2 months now and for 2 months I have had no use of the phone line which I am paying for every month. I have a dial tone but not able to hear anyone when they call the phone line. So it bascially useless to have it. I have already been sent a replacement modem and I have set that up and still having the same issue. Please help me. I am paying for a service that I am not getting.
