No Response to Changing Plan

My partner currently has no WiFi at home. 

 

I am trying to upgrade my own plan from ADSL2+ to NBN and move it across from my address to his.

 

We requested a call from TPG and got one, but were transferred within minutes to the moving home team who have not picked up and consistently hang up on us at COB after a whole day of holding.

 

We just want to upgrade and transfer our plan. Very tired of this. If someone could please respond and sort this for us without us having to continue to sit on hold for days...
