Hello I try to chat but always bg I have connected modem already 2 days ago I am still waiting for activation , I really need internet I work from home can some one help me

You are going onto an NBN-FTTC 12/1 product.

 

Is there an NBN-NTD device onsite along with your modem? there should be 2x pieces of equipment to plug in.
