Hi RajenS,

 

Since you advise to track down the original NTD this morning, I have been able to locate the original NTD from previous owner. I have it connected and so like you said the connection is working staight away.

 

Can you please now cancel the NBN installation that has been booked fot Tuesday 21st.

 Great, happy ending, you manage to find original  NTD from previous Tangents. 

I will request to cancel NBN appointment, and I can see you are online now
