Received a confirmation about the NBN connection but no any updates about the modem.

Apologies for the delay in receiving the equipment. Checking the status, it shows that our courier attempted to have it delivered today however no one is available to receive the package. 

 

I'll be sending you the consignment number via private message together with other info associated with the delivery.
