I recently moved house, taking my existing TPG service and modem with me. The NBN technician attended and installed NBN box which seems to be working (all lights are green) and I received text from TPG stating my NBN installation was complete. I have plugged in my modem (TPG provided) exactly as it was before and no connection . I checked I had connected everything according to the manual but still no connection. What is wrong?

I've managed to located your account using your Community details and have seen that your internet is now up and running.
There are instances that upon activation, though our modem is pre-configured, that it will take sometime for the modem to connect to our server to gain internet access.
Nonetheless, we're glad to see that your service is now working!
