Issued the modem today and followed the step given for the connection. We waited for more than a hour but still haven't been connected with the internet. And still waiting for the connection.

As what I've seen on the recent interaction on your account, a call back has been organised tomorrow from our Customer Service team.

 

Just to set your expectation, the standard installation timeframe for NBN services is within 10-20 working days.
