Internet died at 10:50, have rebooted, tried different cords. Checked for outages on the NBN, there was none at 2756. Sitting on hold for 30 mins and counting..

In your case, your service was affected by a POI (Point of Interconnect) outage. The fault within the POI was resolved by the attending technician and your modem shows a stable connection for almost 3 days and counting.
