No internet NBN FTTP

I still have no NBN internet after a week. TPG said they were going to sort with NBN and still nothing. I processed a moving home request and got cut off early. Makes organising moving harder and using alot of mobile data which isn't the greatest connection in our area.
I expect some compensation for lack of NBN connection eg. Credit or moving home fee waived. If not, as a long time customer we will be forced to change provider at new home.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, an issue with the moving home request disconnected the service, but this has been rectified and you should be able to access your internet now.
