No internet connection

Hi, I need some help. My internet is not connecting at all and by that I mean the modem is only having 3/5 lights on and the internet one is not on.
I’ve tried both soft and hard reset, I’ve tried submitting a fault through the app early hours and still nothing.
There’s no outages listed either

I’m experiencing the same thing. I have no internet since 7PM Sydney time. I called twice and never got through. There is no outages listed anywhere for my area.

It doesn’t look like they are investigating this issue.

Not sure what we can do.

I looked on Facebook and it seems to be a big issue with a lot at the moment, thinking I’m just going to switch over to someone else, can’t afford $30+ data just to cover the essentials whilst they figure it out
