Get online support
Hi,
I finally received my NCD this morning. I have connected everything as the instructions have stated, and so far have solid blue lights on the NCD (Lan sometimes blinks), but NO internet light. This a brand new NBN connection to the property but as we are a household of 3 people working from home, the internet is vital right now. I also received the "connected your router" text Tuesday.
Have tried chatting to online help on the TPG website, but can't get through. Any advice anyone?
