Got an email saying my NBN is active. But no email about cancelling my other phone provider. Thank you.

Um. Correct me If I'm wrong, you mean you got email from TPG saying the service is active, but your previous provider haven't confirm if your service with them is already cancelled? Is it the same NBN service with TPG? Or ADSL2+ previously?

Hi, just to let the community knows that the problem has been fixed by the NBN Team. It was connected to the wrong location. Thank you.
