Hello,
I received the email confirmation from tpg than my connection is active.
I'm using my own modem, archer vr1600v which was in the house I moved and change the settings with my username and password as shown in the tpg guide but I can't get any internet connection.
The dsl light is on and I can see on the modem statut that it's connected.
Someone can help me?

Update: for anyone who as this problem. Just create a new internet connection in the modem settings choose VDSL then leave Vlan ID disable and enter your TPG username and password. Problem has been solved following that set up
