No internet

Hi the NBN connection was installed a couple hours ago and all lights on the modem are on but no Internet yet all devices recognise the modem. The message we are getting is “your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured”. I have rebooted the modem a couple of times now

It seems like the modem is stuck in attempting to configure automatically. Normally this should take between 15-30 minutes. So if it's beyond 30 minutes already, you may need to do a manual configuration. You can refer to this guide: How to set up your TP-Link VR1600v modem.
