Hello For the past week or so our internet keeps dropping out, we normally turn the modem on and off and it reconnects , some times it stays connected for a while and then goes out again. Tonight it won’t reconnect at all, is there something wrong with the internet or our modem( we have never had a firmware update ?!) . Is some one able to look into this for me?
