No modem delivery confirmation

Have been in my house now for almost four weeks and no confirmation of my modem delivery. Can someone please advise.

We've created an article that will guide customers on How To Check TPG Modem Delivery Status.

 

In your case, we've already sent you a modem/router last February and it was delivered successfully based on the tracking that we've sent via Email as well.

 

Our NBN Provisioning team sent you an SMS for you to respond to progress the activation of your service.
