At the end of March I attempted to have NBN installed at a metropolitan location, username 'kengdwildRivo'. However, our (regional) town had huge issues with our (regional) wireless link (thanks lightning/NBN!) and phone issues (thanks Telstra!) so couldn't coordinate with the install team. Yesterday I spoke to your helpdesk and apparently a modem delivery was attempted, then returned. No 'pick up from depot/post-office' notice was left.
Could you please initiate a new modem delivery and give me an idea of the ETA, as we have a tech scheduled to install on the 17th July and I may need to re-schedule.
