No nbn box

I am receiving messages from TPG that my service is awaiting for activation however the NBN box is not here. I believe the previous tenants may have taken it.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and learned that your address was tagged as Service class 24. This means that an NBN NTD box should already be available.

If it was taken by the previous tenant, we'll raise this with our NBN Service delivery team and have a case manager call you today to further discuss the possible NBN tech visit to install the NTD.
