No power to NBN connection box

I’ve just started a new lease and my TPG NBN was activated a week ago. After some further troubleshooting I found the NBN connection box in the garage and it’s missing the power cable. Can I please get support to get everything up and running? I tried calling your support team for 5 hours straight yesterday with no luck.
