No sign of delivery and installation of ncd

I am waiting for my installation since a month now.
All the payments and registration done a month ago but still no sign ms of delivery of ncd and installation.
Customer service kept me waiting for 2 hours and still no answer.

Very frustrated by the service!!!! Somebody please help me here.
