No support

No internet. No answer only on hold messages and music when you call the support line. No access to online live chat support. No replies on community page. HOW ARE YOU MEANT TO FIX ANYTHING! Your whole internet support page just takes you around in circles with no solutions. Very disappointed in the total lack of support.

Have you check the ADSL light status? clear dialtone?
