Optus box on side of house

I have an optus box on the side of my house. The connecting cable 'anchor' from it, to the telegraph pole has detached resulting in a big 10 meter loose loop hanging down from the pole to my house. Do I need this thing ? if not, who is responsible for taking it down ? My connection with TPG is FTTC with underground copper to the house (I think).

Is the cable connected from your Optus box? If yes, you may report it directly to Optus as they are the ones who's allowed to work with it.
