Get online support
Phone line is not working but internet connected.
My last successful phone call was around 22-Apr-2020 2:00pm, last night 25-Apr-2020 around 8:00 pm, I received a call from my family via my mobile, telling me she tried to call me for the last 2 day without success.
I checked my phone and hear no ring tone at all and the phone message says ‘Check Phone Line’, could you please check wat is wrong with my phone? I am with TPG ADSL2+ Unlimited 24x7 with Home Phone 20110711
