Phone porting

hi there, I had nbn installed almost 4 weeks ago and was told phone number porting would take 3-5 days. I still have no phone service, the number has not been ported. When is this likely to be working, I need the service. I am now paying 2 bills as I can't cancel my previous account until the number is ported. Will TPG credit my account for the expenses incurred?

The porting process starts as soon as your NBN service gets activated. 


Your service was activated on 15 April and the porting has been completed since 17 April 2020.
