Plan change

Hi Team, I've recently raised a request for plan change from NBN12 to NBN50, can I know as to when the transition will get processed? Will I get a call from the support desk ?

Processing of a speed upgrade/downgrade will take within 24 hours but most of the time it will be completed within 2 hours.


You may log in to your TPG My Account to check if the plan change is already completed.
