Porting out is taking a long time

My son and I both swapped to another provider at the same time - his number ported in 15 min (from Boost) but mine from TPG still hasn't swapped and it's been 2 days.  Now I've just been hit with another month prepaid automatically taken out that is non-refundable.  It's very frustrating. Does it normally take that long?

Apologies for the delay in getting your number ported over. I've located an account using your Community details and have seen that the porting is already in progress. There is a possibility that this will be done today as the request has already been received by your new provider.
