I purchased a NBN bundle plan on the 19th of March and have requested to port my telstra home phone number over to tpg, i was told it will take up to 5 working days. As of i right now i have not received any notifications from tpg whether the number has been ported or not but it has been over 7 working days now. Would like to have an update on that so i can cancel my home phone landline with telstra asap. Or does the number get fully ported after i have my NBN installed?
Also with the whole COVID-19 and lockdown situtation now, a NBN technician has been booked for installation in my area next week, will this affect the technician and my scheduled installation date?
