Previous Tenants have taken NBN HFC Modem

I have moved to a new residence and taken my existing TPG account with me.  I have since found that the previous tenants have taken the NBN HFC Endpoint modem with them.

What should I do?

Hi emgonzo,

It will be faster your installation, if you can contact TPG Service delivery and provide them the MAC address of the NTD (black box)., It is a label on the back of the device.

I can't do that as the previous tenants have taken it.

Can you contact your agent who might be able to get it from the previous tenant. They will have no use for it as it needs a special connection.

I've done that, not holding much hope in it though.
