Question about wifi connection

Hi,I have a question. My property has HFC but there is no coaxial outlet in my property currently. It means needs to install new the outlet. I'd like to know if it is for free to fix it when I contract you. Thank you.

We tried to search for your account using your community details to no avail.

If there's no coaxial socket in the premises, then an NBN technician is needed to install it.

Usually, there's no additional fee for it as long as there's no additional work needed in the premises.
