Reschedule nbn Installation

The technician came in Friday morning only to tell me he has to drill hole through the wall to pull cable indoor, which should have told me/or ask me to check beforehand as i need to get approval from landlord... the reschedule platform told me it is unsuccessful when I  tried to reschedule. I have been trying last 3 days, the online chat platform is not working for installation request as only sales team will chat to you.  

 I have tried to reschedule just now (30th Mar) and the system said it is unsuccessful and still remains at a past day, 27th March, see attached screen shot. 

Really frustrated when you have to WFH....
