SLOW UPLOAD SPEED

Hi.

My plan is NBN Cable Broadband SL Bundle 25 (R). 

The download speed is ok, but the upload speed is so slow it's hard to work with. It's about 3 MB.

A lot of work from home due to the pandemic, it's too hard. Help
