This is unacceptable I lodge a ticket to move house and provided you with all the payment and documentation required. Nothing has been done since the 6 of April. Please solve my issue or I will cancel my account by tomorrow. I have made a copy for all of my messages and chat between TPG and me
All promises with no action. This will be raise to ACCC/TIO complaint and if you want to dispute this evidence will be taken against you when present at the court.
