We moved to a new place, and our NBN hasn't worked as yet. TPG informed us that they will send an Engineer in June 22nd. They suggested as to use a sim card in the meantime.
Could you please update us on the delivery of the sim card as soon as possible? We are paying for the Servicwe and we are not currently using it. We ar very disappointed.
