lost phone on Monday Ordered new Sim on Tuesday the 21/05 and got email on the 25/05 saying they had prosseced the fee for Sim despite it being my registerd payment method and saying 2-3 working days add postage times not impressed. considering switching carriers at least then it would be free and much quicker. Was under impression that would be here by now when I rang

You should receive the SIM within 2-3 working days if you are in a metro area and 3-5 working days in country locations.

 

The earliest possible time that you will receive the SIM is today and the latest is possibly Monday, next week.

 

We have located the account using your community details and we can see that you have been in touch with one of our mobile specialists who arranged a callback to further discuss the matter.
