Slow internet speeds on NBN

Hi i've been with TPG for some time and over the past week ive had my internet speeds reduced significantly to the point where its unusable at times. I've tried multiple times to contact tech support but the phone number provided just hangs up. The live chat option on your website doesnt work either. I have also tried contacting you three times on the TPG app to which I recieved a text asking for an oppurtune time to call me back. I responded and wasn't called. My problem is still ongoing and your customer service has been appalling. I eagerly await your response.
