Hello, we’ve recently moved houses and called up TPG to change the details and get the NBN50 plan and have got everything ready but we’ve been waiting for 7 days for tpg to finish processing payment so we can have internet in our house. As the person on the phone said our house already has the nbn wires and everything ready, all we need is for tpg to finish processing the payment.
