Get online support

Still can not log into account and still waiting for internet connection

Nbn came out and installed cable however still no update on when internet will actually be connected.
Also still can not log into account very frustrating as I just switched from Telstra not a good start to a new customer 🤬

Have you tried to look into the articles that's been provided? Have you received an email notification that the service has been installed or has been activated for the internet to work?

 

Please shoot me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number to check on this further.
