Still no internet connection after installation of NCD and Modem

I have installed and connected the NCD and Modem according to the installation guide but still no internet connection after hours. I have tried using support chat to reach out to the TPG support team but there is no reply after hours. Please help.

What model is the modem?

What type of NBN connection do you have?
