Still waiting for NBN connection

Hi,

I applied to have my internet upgraded from ADSL to NBN FTTC four weeks ago and I'm still waiting with no update. I have checked the installation progress, with it still saying ' Your installation is progressing'. I'm just wondering how much longer I might have to wait?
