I bought TP-Link Deco X68 setup (2 packs) as the coverage of the modem that TPG provided is not good enough. I used a cable to connect from my main router to this new Deco X68. However, the Internet connection with Deco X68 can not been established.

Hi @0410327568 . What type of NBN connection do you have?
Are you on Bundled NBN/VOIP plan or Data Only plan?
Are you trying to connect the Deco main unit directly to the NBN box, or connecting to the existing wifi router?
You can try "Other" as isp name. And try username with @tpg.com.au .
