TPC cannot activate BNB account

I signed a contract for "NBN FTTN Broadband SL Bundle 100" on December 21st .
I received the modem at my house in Frenchs Forest (2086 NSW) on December 23rd.
I installed the modem on December 24th, It connects, DSL is working but TPD is not able to activate my account.
I called technical service on December 24th and was informed that my problem would be solved the same day.
Today is December 27th and I still don't have internet at home. I called technical service and was informed that will not be solved until Wednesday 29th, because there is an issue with my account.

I need a solution today.
